CNC Milling

CNC Milling is highly accurate machining method that is used during the manufacturing process in our facility.  Using CNC technology allows us to create machined parts that are both repeatable and highly accurate.

CNC Turning

CNC Turning is a different process than CNC milling.  CNC turning is used for many tubular shaped products like mandrels, tubes, drive shafts, hubs, bearings, and knobs.

5 Axis Machining

With a 5 axis we can save our customers money and time by only needing to set up one machine that has the capabilities to machine complex parts.  This is extremely beneficial for our customers seeking prototype or R&D products.

Surface Grinding

Metal Professionals has the capabilities to surface grind precise and high-quality finish plates with an accuracy of .0001 inches.
