Measurement System

High Accuracy Image Dimension Measurement System

This system allows us to see multiple measurements at one time. It can also measure the most micro components or multiple parts at one time and generate and automatic inspection report.

Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)

This system provides the ease of importing the CAD into the software to ensure the parts are manufactured to specifications generating an automatic inspection report.

Manual

We use a variety of calipers, height gauges, micrometers, pin gauges, gauge blocks, etc. to manually measure throughout the manufacturing process.
